Ethical Hyper-Velocity (EHV) Governance Framework: Usage & Licensing Policy
The Ethical Hyper-Velocity (EHV) Governance Framework is the intellectual property of Riddhi Mohan Sharma, established March 2026. We encourage the widespread adoption of EHV to improve architectural trust in enterprise AI. To ensure the integrity of the framework, all usage must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Internal Enterprise Usage (Permitted)
Organizations are permitted to implement the EHV framework for internal governance, CI/CD pipeline architectural design, and organizational structure without a license fee.
- Requirement: All internal presentations, technical documents, and architecture diagrams referencing EHV must include the following attribution: "Based on the Ethical Hyper-Velocity (EHV) Framework © 2026 Riddhi Mohan Sharma."
2. Educational & Research Usage (Permitted)
Academic institutions, non-profit research organizations, and peer-reviewed journals are permitted to use the EHV framework for study and publication purposes.
- Requirement: Proper academic citation as a primary source is required.
3. Commercial Derivative Works (Restricted)
The following actions require a written licensing agreement from the author:
- Productization: Integrating EHV as a "branded feature" or "proprietary module" in a commercial software product.
- Consulting/Training: Selling training courses, consulting bootcamps, or certification programs based primarily on the EHV framework.
- Derivative Frameworks: Modifying the EHV core principles and presenting them as a new, separate framework.
4. Implementation Certification
If your organization has successfully implemented the EHV framework and would like to be recognized as an "EHV-Certified Enterprise," please reach out directly to inquire about our partnership and certification program.
